Little Free Library

We hope you get a chance to stop by and visit Wedgwood Presbyterian Church’s chartered Little Free Library. Adam H. with guidance from his father Andy built it as a model of our sanctuary as part of his high school senior project.

A special note about our Little Free Library is that hidden away under the roof of the chancel is a Bible donated by Elinore and Ralph L., a hymnal, a photo of Adam and Andy building the Library, and a penny to mark the year. Our congregation has a number of librarians who attend church here and Elinore is one of them. Elinore has also been a longtime devoted member of our library committee. She spent many hours here at church purchasing, cataloging and stacking books for this book loving congregation to read, so we were thrilled to be able to hide away a bible from her for future generations to possibly find. Elinore and Ralph are happy to be included in the not-so-secret bible and hymnal time capsule.

We are so happy to be able to share this Library with our community and hope that you visit often. Please feel free to leave a book, but also know that you can take a book without leaving one. The purpose is to share our love of reading.
