(Matthew 21:1 – 9) All children are invited to meet in the Fireside Room before the service to help with the palm procession. Maundy Thursday, April 17 Maundy Thursday remembers the commandment that Christ gave us, “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.” (John 13:34) We also celebrate the Lord’s Supper, remembering the meal Christ shared with his disciples before his death. The word Maundy is derived from the Latin word for command. Join us for a brisket and mashed potato meal as we remember Christ’s commandment through sharing a Supper and Service at 6:00pm.
