WPC's "Galactic Blast"- Vacation Bible School - Registration Open Now

Wedgwood Presbyterian invites all children, age three through age ten (entering fifth grade – September 2010) to Galactic Blast: A Cosmic Adventure Praising God! Vacation Bible School. Board the starship Galactic Praise to see our awesome universe—and our awesome God—in a whole new way. The fun begins June 28 and ends July 2 from 9:30am to 12:00pm. Each galactic mission includes a Bible story in the Good News Galaxy, along with science activities at the Orbital Observatory, music at Moons and Tunes, art projects at Cosmic Crafts, games at Rocket Rec, and a snack at the Astro Bistro. Holy Week Services

Join us for Holy Week services: Palm Sunday Service in which we celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. All children are   invited to meet in the Fireside Room before the service to help with the palm procession.   Sunday, April 9 - Service at 10 : 0 0 AM. Maundy Thursday Service in which we commemorate Jesus’ last Passover meal with his disciples and remember his journey to the cross, crucifixion, and burial.  Thursday, April 13 - Supper at 6:00 PM, Service at 7:00 PM.  Easter Sunday Service in which we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and God’s victory over suffering, sin, and death. Sunday, April 16 - Worship at 10 : 0 0 AM, Continental Breakfast and Egg Hunts following worship.
