THOUGHTFUL THEATER: "Bonhoeffer" Friday, April 16

THOUGHTFUL THEATER: The next movie showing, organized by the Peace Fellowship, will be on Friday, April 16. We will be showing the documentary "Bonhoeffer", about the German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Bonhoeffer left a position at the Union Theological Seminary in New York to return to Germany in 1939, feeling that he had to be with his countryman to help rebuild his nation after the war. He was one of the individuals responsible for writing the Barmen Declaration, which is one of the Presbyterian Church's confessions. See the story of this extraordinary and courageous man. The movie is at 7:00 in the Fireside Room and popcorn drinks will be served, as usual. Don't miss this special story !
